I was sheepish at first in trying out the shop but I am glad to have had the pleasure in doing multiple business with Monument Street Auto. Gary and staff are honest, polite, and pretty fair. Now I mainly go in for routine work, (oil changes, tire rotations etc.) but I have had a good amount of major repairs done to both my car and my wife's car and have never had any issue afterwards. I have been going to them for at least 3 years now, never had a complaint yet. I highly recommend anyone to give them a shot. (Of course as a consumer do your research, I cant stress enough why its important to go to people who are ASE Certificated. Also look at pricing on parts you need, know your car! A lot of people these days think they are getting gouged at car shops because they don't do their part in research. I never feel this way going to Monument Street Auto. The owner is always willing to listen and work with the consumer. - Mike B.
